Gliding Fin shares free, beginner-friendly lessons about AI agents. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
Only your email address, and only if you choose to sign up for the free AI Agents Starter Kit. We do not collect payment details, phone numbers, ID documents or any sensitive data. We do not sell anything on this site.
Why we collect it
To send you the free Starter Kit (a one-time PDF download). We will not add you to a regular newsletter. If we ever want to send you anything else, we will ask for your separate consent first.
We never sell, rent or trade your email.
Consent and how to withdraw it
By submitting the form, you agree to us using your email for the purpose above. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing glidingfin@gmail.com and asking us to delete your data. We do not send regular emails. If beehiiv sends you any automatic email on our behalf, it will include an unsubscribe link, which also works. Once you withdraw, we stop using your email and delete it as described below.
Who processes your data for us
- beehiiv – our email service. It stores the email you submit. The signup form is provided by beehiiv and only loads when you click the signup button. When it loads, beehiiv uses its own security and service tools (including Cloudflare, PerimeterX bot protection, Google Tag Manager and Google Fonts), which may set cookies on beehiiv.com (such as cf_clearance, __cf_bm, _pxvid, _px3 and pxcts). Some of these are used for security and bot protection, and some may be used for analytics. beehiiv's privacy policy says beehiiv may share certain identifiers with its advertising and analytics partners. We do not control how beehiiv uses this data, and beehiiv's own privacy policy applies to it: beehiiv Privacy Policy.

Cookies on our own pages
Our own pages use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies are only set by beehiiv's form, and only after you click to open it. If you do not want these cookies, do not open the form.
How long we keep it
We keep your email only as long as needed to deliver the Starter Kit, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days of your request, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can: - ask what personal data we hold about you - ask us to correct or delete it - withdraw your consent - raise a grievance with us - nominate someone to exercise these rights for you
